马钢(扬州)钢材加工中心有限公司是由国有大型上市公司马鞍山钢铁有限公司与香港上市公司时代宝威集团合资于2004年成立的大型冷扎与热扎板材加工企业。项目总投资2980万美元，注册资本2000万美元。已经全部到资。公司占地200亩，公司建设厂房6万平方米。目前两期工程已经完工。2007年年产各种钢材20万吨。预计2010达到100万吨。
